Megan completed her BSC in Human Physiology at the University of Pretoria, and subsequently specialized in biokinetics. Her primary areas of interest are orthopaedic and neural rehabilitation as well as lifestyle modification and physical rehabilitation for autoimmune inflammatory conditions.
She has a passion for the human body, it’s physiology and its biomechanics… she strives to enable both sports people and the average individual to obtain an optimal, pain free physical state and empower them to regain control over their lives and physical ability. Individual and undivided attention; with specific program prescription, and fine attention to detail, is of utmost importance!!
BA (Sport Psychology), BA:Hons (Biokinetics)
Natalie grew up in Johannesburg loving sport and in particular action netball. She graduated with a BA (Hons) Biokinetics from the University of Johannesburg in 2011. Natalie has always been an avid sportswoman and understanding how the body works. Thus, the last 8 years have allowed her to be exposed to biokinetics and the successful results that her patients have received.
Through the years she has been exposing herself to different methods of treatments for injuries, from various practitioners and how biokinetics can help every person from your beginners to professional athletes. Natalie mentioned that working as a Biokineticist has given her a great sense of satisfaction and accomplishment. Working with patients for their final phase rehab from being limited in movement or pain to pain free movement and regaining strength, this has been a huge driving force in bettering herself every day.
BA (Sport Science), BHSC:Hons (Biokinetics)
Tammy completed a BA in Sport Science at Stellenbosch University and a BHSc with Honours in Biokinetics at Wits. Her hobbies include running and going to the gym for a hard workout. She is passionate, charismatic, determined and outgoing. When people first meet her, they find her friendly and gentle. Her primary areas of interest are orthopaedic rehabilitation and rehabilitation of neurological conditions.
She is always keen to experience new things and to increase her knowledge base. Having had an injury herself, she understands the body and the patience required to complete ones rehabilitation. Making a difference in someone’s life gives her great pleasure and this is where she centres her focus throughout her treatment process with her patients.
