Megan Thöle

BSC (Human Physiology), BA:Hons (Biokinetics) Univ. PTA.

Megan completed her BSC in Human Physiology at the University of Pretoria, and subsequently specialized in biokinetics. Her primary areas of interest are orthopaedic and neural rehabilitation as well as lifestyle modification and physical rehabilitation for autoimmune inflammatory conditions.

She has a passion for the human body, it’s physiology and its biomechanics… she strives to enable both sports people and the average individual to obtain an optimal, pain free physical state and empower them to regain control over their lives and physical ability. Individual and undivided attention; with specific program prescription, and fine attention to detail, is of utmost importance!!

MICHAELA KAPARELIOTIS

BA (Sport Psychology), BHSC:Hons (Biokinetics)

Michaela Kapareliotis is a registered Biokineticist with the Health Professions Council of South Africa. She attended the University of Johannesburg, and obtained her BA Sport Psychology degree. She then attended the University of the Witwatersrand to continue her studies and completed a postgraduate degree in BHSc (Honours) Biokinetics.

Michaela has experience in treating most orthopaedic, chronic and special conditions. Her passion lies with musculoskeletal injuries, sports injuries, running injuries and working with children and adolescents. Michaela believes in the term “Exercise is Medicine”. Movement is fundamental when it comes to living a healthy life, and preventing and treating injuries. She enjoys going on a health and rehabilitation journey with her patients as she learns something from each individual case.

Nicole Kruger

B:Hons (Biokinetics)

Nicole graduated from the University of the Free State with a B. Biokinetics (Hons) degree. Before starting her degree, Nicole went to the States to play hockey in Philadelphia for Saint Joseph’s University. Her passion for sport comes from a young age which has inspired her to pursue Biokinetics to help athletes reach their full potential.

Nicole has special interest in treating sports injuries for individual and team sports to ensure the best performance in the patient’s respective sport. Sport specific exercise conditioning and rehab is fundament in achieving next level performance and Nicole is excited to take your sport to greater heights. She also has experience in orthopedic, chronic and special conditions which makes her an all round Bio excited to get you back to excellent condition.
