Natalie grew up in Johannesburg loving sport and in particular action netball. She graduated with a BA (Hons) Biokinetics from the University of Johannesburg in 2011. Natalie has always been an avid sportswoman and understanding how the body works. Thus, the last 8 years have allowed her to be exposed to biokinetics and the successful results that her patients have received.
Through the years she has been exposing herself to different methods of treatments for injuries, from various practitioners and how biokinetics can help every person from your beginners to professional athletes. Natalie mentioned that working as a Biokineticist has given her a great sense of satisfaction and accomplishment. Working with patients for their final phase rehab from being limited in movement or pain to pain free movement and regaining strength, this has been a huge driving force in bettering herself every day.
