ACSM has recommended that you should be getting in at least 150 minutes of moderate to vigorous exercise per week.
Moderate intensity activities should be performed for at least 30 minutes, 5 x a week. These activities include brisk walking, cycling, water aerobics etc.![]()
Vigorous intensity activities should be performed for at least 20 minutes, 3 x a week. These activities include jogging, hiking, swimming, jumping rope etc.![]()
